Unions and the Government

It is no secret that the current White House and congress populations were largely funded by Union Campaign contributions. OK I guess. But now the pay back at our expense. There is a bill moving through Congress to bail out Union Pension funds at taxpayers (read all taxpayers) expense. The Union pension fund is underfunded by 165 Billion dollars. Union members on average receive a third more pay and double the benefits than non-union workers. So why do non-union workers now have to subsidize Union pensions? Why don't the Unions bail out the Unions? They seem to find big bucks to give to campaigns don't they. Unions are busing people from LA to Phoenix to interfere in Arizona's illegal immigrant issues. Why? Illegal immigrants take away jobs! It would seem Unions would be against using dues to support illegal immigrants. How about hundreds of union teachers in NY sitting in rubber rooms doing nothing for years and receiving full pay? By the way, state, city and local union pensions are underfunded by 312 Trillion! Is that the next bail out? This is really out of control. Enough pay back with money we do not have by folks who do not benefit. Keep an eye on NJ Gov Chris Christie who has stepped up to the plate on this issue at the risk of losing his Job. A courageous guy.
